About Me

i am a consultant psychologist dedicated to helping individuals improve emotional wellbeing, manage stress, and build healthier relationships. With experience  in counselling, psychotherapy, and mental wellness support, I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concern and personal challenges

I hold masters degree in psychology and  advanced diploma in counselling and psychotherapy . I have been working more than ten years in this field. Working with adolescents, adults, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety management, relationship counseling, emotional healing, work place stress, and self development.

My counselling approach is compassionate, confidential, and client centered. I believe every person deserves a safe space to express emotions without judgement. I combine psychological techniques with practical coping strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. I provide online counselling sessions for anxiety, stress management, and relationship issues.

My goal is to help clients gain emotional clarity, confidence, resilience so they can lead healthier and more meaningful lives.
